The Great Feast of St Joseph, the Worker and the Patron of Social Justice was celebrated in a befitting way in the evening of Sunday, 20th March,2022
Supporting and being involved with charities is an intrinsic part of the life of St Joseph. Prayers, fasting and almsgiving are Christian tradition especially during the season of Holy Lent.
As said in 3. Isaiah 58:10 “Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.”
After the Holy Mass celebrated by Vicar, Rev Fr Samuel Mattathil OIC, there was a briefing of St Joseph and his holy life by Rev Father. Mr Reji Thomas, Secretary of Parish and President of, MCA, Gurgaon Diocese also spoke on the occasion
MCA members alongwith MCYM, MCCL, Mathrusangham and Pithruvedi visited Mother Teresa Leprosy Home (Surat) and distributed various goods for daily use of 300 + inmates worth about Rs. 50000/-
